NSE Scam:-Chitra Ramakrishnan and Anand Subramanian

Chitra Ramakrishnan the former chairperson of The NSE was

manipulated by a “Siddha Purusha/Yogi and the Chitra used
to provide her crucial information about the company
including the NSE five-year projections, financial data,
dividend ratio, Business plans etc. The Investigation also
revealed that the “spiritual person” was the reason why
Anand Subramanian became the principal advisor of Chitra
Ramakrishnan between April 2015 and October 2016.
Before starting the innings in NSE, Anand Subramaniam was a
common man. He was working in a joint venture between
Balmer Lawrie and ICICI group. His package was a little over
Rs 14 lakh. He got entry in NSE in April 2013. That too as the
Chief Strategic Advisor (CSA) to the MD and CEO. He was
offered an annual package of Rs 1.38 crore. Which was a hike
of about 1000% more than his previous salary. He started
working in the cabin next to Chitra Ramakrishna. Everyone in
the company knew that Subramaniam’s status is number 2.
Subramaniam had no experience in the capital market.
Despite this, he continued to get salary hikes and
promotions. His package increased to Rs 4.21 crore by 2016
within two years. Not only this, he was also given the
responsibility of Group Operating Officer (GOO).
According to media reports, Subramaniam had got many
facilities during this period. One of these was the
convenience of working from Mumbai as well as from
Chennai. At start he worked for only 4 days a week and later
after salary hikes he was been said that he need to work for 5
days a week but he need to be present in his office for 3 days
and rest 2 days he can work from anywhere. Special
arrangements were made to set up the complete setup. Even
after Anand became GOO, he continued to get this facility.
The facility included business class travel anywhere inside the
country. He used to travel to Chennai every weekend since it
was his home town and he used to travel abroad in 1st class.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is probing
certain irregularities at the National Stock Exchange (NSE),
questioned Anand Subramanian, the former group operating
officer (GOO) of the bouse. Mr Subramanian was appointed
as a chief strategic advisor and promoted as group chief
operating officer by Chitra Ramakrishna, former managing
director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO) of NSE. Mr
Subramanian, who was appointed to his position despite lack
of experience and paid a hefty salary, was ‘evasive’ during
the enquiry, sources from CBI told IANS.
As of now it is being said as Anand Subramanian was the
same as the yogi and he used all the emails to get benefits by
playing Chitra’s Mind.
