I am directed to refer to this Ministry's letter No. 35014/3s/zozo-H dated oz.11.zo2o

(copy enclosed) vide which changes in provisions of the standard RFp
document of Epi projects
regarding bidder etigibility criteria were conveyed.

2. lt
has now been decided to extend the amended provisions relating to ,Threshotd
Technical capacity' of ctause z.z.z.z (ii) & (iii) of standard RFp document oi Eec prolects
to
the similar works of HAI projects. Accordingly, ctauses 2.2.2 (AA) and (nqlt betow cL use 2.2.2
(A), as attached, have been inserted in the Modet RFp document of HAM.

3. .Att the executive agencies of MoRTH are directed to implement the aforesaid changes
with immediate effect.

4. This issues with the approval of Hon'bte Minister(RT&H).

tunnet(s) for roads/ Rai [way/Metro Ra'it/irrigation/ hydro- Etectric Projects etc.) having at teast
50% of the cross-sectional area of the tunne[ to be constructed or cross sectional area of 2 lane
highway tunnel, whichever is [ess, and 20% tength of the tunnel to be constructed in this
project or 2 km, whichever is less and the cost of such project shatt be at [east 20% of the
Estimated Project cost or Rs. 1000 cr., whichever is [ess. For this purpose, a project shatt be
considered to be completed, if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and
such compteted vatue of work is equal to or more than 20% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs.
