1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Good day to your Mr./Mrs. I am Josh Flor from Luna Empanada, and I wish to inform you for a
collaboration with our small company. We would like to work with you as our providers with our
empanada dough as we ourselves have liked your quality of products.

2. PRODUCT
We opt to work and share with you our recipes for our dough but due to staff incapability, and as
well as not being able to produce it in bulk, we have decided to team up with your dough factory
to produce for us.

3. PURPOSE OF BUSINESS
The ultimate reason why we want you to work with us, is because we do not have capable
facilities due to our location. Moreover, we are short in staff and producing it in bulk will be
almost impossible.

4. CUSTOMERS
Our customers of course are one of our priorities and we hope that through our collaboration we
will be able to gather more of them as the demand of empanadas has recently has risen.

5. FUTURE OF THE COMPANY

The company’s future will be greatly affected through our collaboration as then we can produce
more product since now that the dough’s will be bulk mass created but still retain the original
taste.

6. COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Luna Empanada is the leading Empanada store in the town of Luna, Isabela. The company is
known for it’s delicious and luscious food, add that with the affordable price.

7. MISSION STATEMENT
 Our company aims to be the leading Empanada store not only in Luna but also to the whole
province of Isabela. We prioritize the satisfaction of our customers.

8. PRINCIPAL MEMBERS
Our team is divided into 3 sectors, of which leads 3 different offices. Me being the Chief
Executive, my brother as the Chief Operative, and my cousin as Sales Manager. One of my
friend is also part of the marketing department.

As small as our company may be, we try to implement formality in our juvenile group.

9. LEGAL STRUCTURE
Our collaboration’s legal structure will be classified as PARTNERSHIP. Our team and yours will
handle the funds and tasks ONLY for the dough production.

10. REGULATIONS
The collaboration will impose of delivery of the doug’s’ to maintain consistent distribution and to
Eliminate shortage of supply.

11. MARKETING AND SALES

In coordination with number 1, we are a restaurant that serves empanada. We have decided that
your company will own 35% of our shares within our company.
