essential as they prepare our body for the whole day
activities by making our muscles and joints flexible and
strengthening them, which ultimately reduces the
chances of body stress throughout the day and protects
us from muscular pain, joint pains. Regular exercise
also increases our efficiency at work.
ENVIRONMENT SAFETY
Now a days, our environment is highly polluted. We can
protect ourselves from the polluted environment only by
reducing pollution. This can be done through the following
ways :

reducing air pollution and make us safe from harmful
gases life CO2, CO, NO2, SO2 etc.
2. Plantation : Planting a tree has huge benefits. Tree can
provide fresh air, consume harmful CO2 and make the
environment cool, protecting us from air pollution and
global warming.
3. Waste disposal : Waste disposal can highly contribute
towards reducing environment pollution and protect
the environment, people living in it from harmful
microbes, ultimately reducing the chances of spreading
of deadly diseases.
4. Limited use of water : We can actually reduce our day
to day water consumption and conserve it for future to
protect ourselves and others from water scarcity.

They use very small amount of energy for their
working and reduces the chances of overheating and
short circuit.

This can lead to overheating and short circuit.
3. Repair and replacing of damaged electrical components
are very necessary as they are capable of causing fire
and short circuit.
4. Use of MCB and fuse is very essential for avoiding
short circuit.
5. Keeping dangerous electrical appliances far away from
children is a precautionary measure to protect them
from electrical shock.
6. Lowering the use of room heaters and water heaters can
reduce the energy consumption and protect us from
potential risks of fire.
