Since teachers were also students back then, they were studying a specific area on which they are
teaching now. Meaning that in the span of four years in college, they were studying a specific degree so
that when they’re in the teaching profession, they can teach students on what they’ve learned before.
And so, the effects of this are: Teachers are not able to teach well due to “out-of-field” teaching thus
leading to students not having the enough knowledge and will be having a hard time to learn in that
specific subject.

2. Learning is a constant in the world of education. Teachers must be willing to learn and should read
and study a variety of sources. They can enhance this if they are ready to teach their students the
necessary knowledge. It will take time and effort, but if a true educator is dedicated to their profession,
learning will never cease.

3. Because many types of learners exist, it is a teacher's responsibility to help his or her students
appreciate one another and their uniqueness. Teachers can integrate a varied range of perspectives in
their teaching materials by introducing a variety of authors and historical figures. This will aid all
students in better understanding and appreciating diversity. Learning about people they can look up to
and learn from will motivate a wide range of students.

4. The primary responsibility of a teacher is to instruct, but it does not end there. It is also the teacher's
responsibility to function as the learners' second parent, guiding and understanding them. And the
greatest approach to foster each student is to get to know them, to understand their likes and dislikes.
Investigate their passions so that you, as a teacher, may assist them in improving their skills or learning.

5. In the new curriculum, it is more of a student-centered classroom. This is very important since
student-centered let students control their own pace of learning, they are able to know in which areas
they are struggling and where they excel because they can track or observe their learning progress. In
this way, they are motivated to learn because they have ideas on which areas they improve. And by
monitoring their own progress, they are likely to know what they need and what to learn.

6. Teachers' improving levels of knowledge, practice, and professional engagement are described in the
standards. This suggests that in order to provide effective instruction, teachers must have sufficient
knowledge, experience, and involvement with learners and other factors. This means that being a
teacher isn't just about what happens in the classroom; as a professional teacher, you must also act
professionally in society.

7. As an education student, I will prepare myself with sufficient knowledge to share with my future
students, as well as the essential teaching skills. And, of course, I'm going to train myself by having the
support of various educational professionals. When I get the chance to teach, I plan to do so in a
dignified manner. As a teacher, I will conduct myself in a professional way.
