fails to pay any amount payable by the borrower to TVS Credit Services Limited, under the

said loan agreement, or if any even or default occurs on the account of the borrower’s failure

to perform his obligation under the agreement, TVS Credit Services Ltd. shall be entitled to

forthwith take possession of the asset either by themselves or though its agents by entering

the premises where the asset is kept, and sell or otherwise deal with the asset in the manner

deemed fit for recovering the borrower’s dues.
