METHODOLOGY
PRIMARY METHOD
We used one primary method which is a questionnaire. We went to the community and we
extracted some information asking them on how suitable it to start a car rental business is. I
asked them on my ideas and most of them replied as a good idea. They liked my idea and
they were excited it would help people in my community because the community was finding
it hard to travel.

How did you sample your questionnaire respondents???

Research Findings
When were done asking questions, they insisted they place orders. Many people from the
community said it will bring income and foreign currency. They said they would like us to
bring in blacker Mercedes Benz, silver Toyota Hilux, and red Volkswagen’s GTI’s, white
Toyota Avensis. There were many orders, ordered and the number of orders will be shown on
the table. There were 7 cars in total. They found it stressing of always walking, so they
insisted it’s a good idea

and also marketable in the market however it is most demanding and can be a profit maker
when it comes to the vehicle industry
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

SIAMS MOTOR RENTALS is the name of my business or company. It will be specializing

in the rental of all cars and most of luxurious cars. This will be a Private Limited Company.
My company will provide high quality cars for the customers. We will be renting cars to
customers who have got licenses. Renting cars to all those who wish to enjoy the drive. We
as a great and sympathy company are doing this for people without enough money to
purchase or buy their own cars. We are going to do rental of Germany car, the best of them
all because everyone out there is loving and preferring them. With all the comfort for the
driver to be satisfied. Our services will help people especially those who go to work and
schools for them not to be late and all they need to do for their leisure and vacations. This
business mostly will generate income from the tourists from other countries because they
would have left their cars at their home country. It is going to bring love and joy to the
people.

SIAMS MOTOR RENTAL PVT LTD will be a Zimbabwean company which is registered to
be founded in the year of 2022 with a mission of becoming the most preferred, liked and felt
safe motor rental in the region, country and even Europe when it grows. This company of my
own will be published after a discovery and a positive feeling of wanting to live a happy life
for people who desire to have their life comfortable and incredible. This is a family business
that will start operating in Victoria Falls and more other branches after gaining a little vast,
knowledge and experience extending its branches to Bulawayo, Harare and Beitbridge .Our
goal is to reach to Europe and be the best. This business will be delivering sense of warmth,
friendliness and company spirit.

BACKGROUND
SIAMS MOTOR RENTAL is a company of my own vision with the partnership with my
sister Yolanda and my childhood friend Natalie. This is going to be a Private Limited
Company. My sister and my friend had some little vast experience in terms of business
minded. Since it was my vision we thought of giving it a try and expect it soon

and to attract more customers. For insurance if the customer hires for a long period of time
like 1 free week with the car. And depending on the stableness of the income, we can offer
free day if you hire for a week

For SIAS MOTOR RENTALS there are workers and management team and there are as
follows .I will be the CEO of the company, Yolanda being the manager, my friend Natalie
with some vast experience .The business will hire someone with good accounting skills and
experience for Accounts to keep proper financial records. We will have professional
mechanics that will check and service our cars after use. We will also hire a strict security
company and they will ensure security and secureness of the cars.

My company weakness is the prices we provide which might be higher to our customers .My
business faces a lot of expenses affecting our rental prices. We are short of operation
manager.

My business provides good services and have a warm hospitality and joy to those who rent at
SIAMS MOTOR RENTAL provide more quality, comfortable and nice cars other than other
companies. We also give away promotions and discounts to have more customers. Therefore
with our weakness of higher pricing and shortage of an operation manager. We will make
sure we make more money to look for an experienced operation manager and do by all means
to make lower offers and do many promotions to attract you, our customers. We will be
working 9 to 5 every day to make more income to purchase others cars and introduce other
cars because tourists are coming in our country a lot.

NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS
When it’s opening year for SIAMS MOTOR RENTAL, it will require the higher amount of
capital. Our companies capital will be $150 000 and we will file for a loan from the loan
sharks because they are a lot of costs, the more the merrier. Many assets need to be purchased
and its equipment, cars, buildings and many more. Since we are going to locate it on a money
generating location, we are going to make fast cash to pay off debentures and enjoy profits.

stimulate and improve the economy.

The creation of employment will reduce the unemployment rate. It will improve the standards
of living as one gets employed and he or he will be able to provide for their family.
