Deed of Assignment, Deed of Absolute Sale.

3. Claim and receive the original owner’s duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate
of Title of the Unit;

4. Lease the Unit to any third party;

5. Pay any and all amortizations, assessments, fees and charges and collect
moneys or proceeds incidental to the foregoing powers and/or receive payments
or refunds in connection therewith;

6. Obtain any and all copies, certified or otherwise, of all pertinent documents and
records in any and all offices, corporations, institutions and agencies,
government or otherwise, national or municipal, as may be required and/or
necessary to the exercise of the foregoing powers; and

7. Perform such acts and duties as are necessary or incidental to the foregoing
powers and authority to the end that the attorney(s)-in-fact may effectively carry
out the duties hereunder.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact the power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to
be done in and above the premises, with full power of delegation and substitution, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
