My final day will be on the 30th of November. Despite having to leave, I wanted to
thank you for the opportunity you have given me and for letting me be a part of this
incredible working atmosphere. Principal Designs and you have taught me a lot and I
will always be grateful to you and to all the people that work in the Company for
everything.

I am aware that my position at Principal Designs will be vacant as of November 30th,

so I have already come up with a list of possible candidates to take over my job. These
candidates are all professionals and, I believe, would make a great addition to the
team. Otherwise, I can provide assistance in the selection of my replacement.

Once more, thank you for letting me be a part of Principal Designs. I will miss the
Company tremendously, but I know I will be leaving my position in good hands. Please,
do not hesitate to contact me in case you need me. I will be available on my cell phone
at all times. Thank you for your comprehension.

Principal Designs anymore, and so I feel it is the best course of action to take for the
Company’s interests as well as my own.

My last day on the Company will be the 30th of November. I sincerely hope that my
resignation will not cause any troubles in Principal Designs. However, I do have a few
candidates in mind to replace me that I believe will be able to take on my role smoothly
and without inconveniences. Please, let me know if I can be of any assistance with
instructing my successor or with finding some other replacement.

In spite of the personal troubles that I have to take care of in my life, I deeply enjoyed
working in Principal Designs and being a part of the Company. I will miss this job dearly
and so I hope to be able to work with you again in the future if there was such an
opportunity.

Please, do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can do to help with the
process of finding a new replacement for my role.
