- Quiz - aptitude (30 min) - 400 teams
- Sales pitch (3 days) - 200 teams * 2 min = 400 min , 3 hours everyday
- Number of sales (1 week) - 120 team - 5/team start plan
1. 1st round – research and marketing round ( 2 products for research – one is single
product eg product plan of 299 starts. Other will be bundle product )- research content
on both the product – qualification round( 200 words – pdf/ppt/graphic)
2. 2nd: Portfolio and Resume Round( Importance of resume in your career growth – only
opinion)- Gform for the team ( each individual 20 resumes – not to collect resumes-
opinions will be by the students who submit the resume) -20 resumes from bachelors,
freshers and working professional(up to 2 years)
3. Digital Marketing, social media content development (Blog/content and tag TalentServe)-
Each member of the team will write 1 blog(200 words) – the topic will be provided
4. Mobilizing of Resources ( sales )– 2 products: Start plan and Resume Plan ( new
product launch by today), at least 5 product sales -- bundle product plan

The competition starts on 1st June 2022 and ends on 16th June 2022.For the same,
we would like you to nominate your students in a team of 3-5 students ( No limit for
Nominations, More the Merrier).
We are sharing a google form where the students can nominate themselves and their
teammates.
Not just this but ‘The best performing college will get a Sponsorship worth Rs. 1
Lakh’
