The Karkaar Mountains extend from Somalia's northwestern
border to the eastern tip of the Horn of Africa, with the
topmost point, Shimber Berris, at bases( measures). Somalia's two gutters, the Jubba and the Shabeelle, flux from the Ethiopian mounds into southeastern Somalia. The Shabeelle( Leopard) River doesn't enter the Indian Ocean but rather turns analogous to the seacoast and runs southward for 170 country long hauls( 274 kilometers) before drying up in morasses and beach apartments. During the stormy seasons, from April to June and from October to November, this area provides cornucopia of water and grazing lands for beast. The Jubba flows time- round into the Indian Ocean. The harborage megacity of Mogadishu, in southeastern Somalia on the Indian Ocean, is the largest megacity and the traditional capital of Somalia. Haud extends to the Shabeelle River and westward into the Ogaden region of eastern Ethiopia.
