2. Seller issues an FCO, once receive the ICPO from buyer. 3. Buyer issues
an ICPO + RWA/BCL (as proof of funds). Bank to Bank 4. Seller issues SPA.
5. Buyer signs, seals and returns the contract to seller, duly signed and
sealed.
6. The seller signs the contract and returns to the buyer. PI issued
thereafter.
7. Buyer issues a Draft LC for verification and confirmation then letter
of credit SBLC.
8. Shipment is to start in 25-30 days after receipt and confirmation of
operative LC by sellers’ bank.

DOCUMENTS:
1. One original copy commercial invoice.
2. Three original copies of clean “on board” B/L marked freight
“prepaid’’
3. Identifying vessels in which the goods have been loaded.
4. Certificate of shipped weights ascertained at port of loadingand
issued by SGS.
5. Packing list.
6. Certificate of origin
7. SGS certificate.
8. Phytosanitary certificate issued by SGS or issued and
9. Endorsed by the local authorized government agency. 10. NONGMO
Certificate 11. Free of Covid-19 Test. 12. Each of the above
documents shall have one (1) original set and three (3) non-
negotiable sets to be sent via first class courier service
