- DOT 표준 양식 이외 서류 제출 요구 불가
- 승객당 최대 허용 마리수 : 2 마리

5 사고 발생 시 - SVAN 에 의한 사고 발생 시 견주 책임 물을 수 있음

- SVAN as go-show is required to provide the service if carrier can do without delaying
the flight

- SVAN should be in place seating on the floor regardless of extra seat purchasing
- Bulkhead seat is recommended or passenger’s preferential seat can be assigned as
SVAN long as it does not violate any safety issue

approved and passenger needs to re-submit it
② Each call center will input information in the PNR after reviewing the DOT forms
from passenger

③ The SR Desk will change service status to be confirmed (HK) after checking the PNR
④ (Airport) It may not need to recheck DOT forms at the airport in case SVAN SSR
status is confirmed (HK)

4. Other information

- SSCI service is available those who are traveling with service animals in the cabin
(From Feb 1, 2021 base on reservation date)
1 SSCI -. They can have a boarding pass through SSCI channel, and possible to directly show
up at gate in case of no checked baggage
-. If service animal needs to be checked as baggage at check-in desk, an exchange
voucher will be issued instead of actual boarding pass as same to current process
- Checking necessary document to comply with regulation of arrival country such as
quarantine certificate and rabies vaccination is allowed
-. (Reservation) Required to inform passenger to prepare necessary document
before travel
-. (Airport) Required to check proper document when passenger with service
animal shows up at airport
- SSR ESAN passengers that are confirmed before JAN 31, 2021 will be honored
providing service regardless of regulation change
