- Breaking our patterns of action is difficult most especially the world stops
when COVID 19 hits us. Our usual patterns of actions were disrupted
because of the pandemic. With this activity, it will help the students to break
the unusual or unhealthy patterns their doing during this pandemic which
will help them regain their self-esteem and motivation.

Procedure:
- List all the healthy and unhealthy habits you were doing before the
quarantine and list all the patterns of action you are doing during this
quarantine. Identify how did you develop your unhealthy habits and
differentiate how good habits will give you benefits in the future. List also all
the habits you wanted to remain in your life and make a reflection out of it.

 Waking up early in the morning  Spending money on unnecessary things

ACTIONS DURING QUARANTINE

 I assure to eat my meals on time.
 I lessen eating unhealthy foods.
 I tried to make a workout routine in a day.
 I learned to save money to buy things that I needed.

 I think I developed my unhealthy habits before quarantine because of my surroundings. I forget to

eat meals on time because I am busy with things at school and unnecessary things. I eat a lot of
unhealthy foods because I like to buy my snacks like junk foods. I don’t exercise before quarantine
because I am lazy to do so. And I spend my money buying things or food just to fulfill my desires.

 My healthy habits will benefit me in the future because it gives a great impact on who I am. Having
enough sleep can help you to lessen stress and avoid any sickness. It is such a great help spending
time with your family and friends way back because it also avoids me from overthinking. Doing
homework on time will reduce your worry about the things you need to do. Waking up early in the
morning also brings a benefit.

 The habits I want to remain in my life as possible are the following:
 Having a workout routine
 Learning new things
 Accepting disappointments and failure
 Understanding situation before speaking up
 Avoiding unnecessary things, people and situations
 Making more time with myself
 Spending more tme with family and friends

 While thinking of the habits I want to remain in my life, I realized that I was thinking of the habits I
developed during quarantine. I used to believe that having lots of friends is an advantage because
when you feel down you can just go and talk to them but then when I start entering the adulthood
stage I understand that at the end you only have yourself. After all, I became independent and
more responsible for my feelings which can affect on habits and help me to carry out during my
living years.
