social. Messaging apps have become a
communication tool rather than a
conversation tool. ChatApp would like to
change this with a new app focused on
socialization. I've been assigned to design a
user-centred solution

To understand the users' unique pain
points and motivations, I conducted some
interviews and conducted desktop
research. Further analysis was also made
using statistical findings.
