WHY HTML IS USED?

The Hyper Text Markup Language or HTML is a Network based document scripting

popularity to the extent of becoming a standard on the WWW.
HTML is used for creating documents where the emphasis in on the appearance of the
document. It is also used for DTP. The documents created using HTML can have text
with different sizes, weights and colors. I can also contain graphics to make the
document more effective.
All Web browsers recognize and support HTML. When we click on a link, the browser
needs to know the document to be retrieved. This information is provided to the browser
by the URL. A URL contains information about the location of the document.

MS EXCEL 2007

Software to take care of most of our database requirements. It allows us to store and organizes
information in sets of tables, which can be displayed in the form of columns and rows to look like
a table or an index card. It also allows us to perform calculations and find us simple statistics
like totals, averages and grade. It allows us to sort the data in any form and extract the required
information based on the key given by us.
HARDWARE & SOFTWARE REQUIRMENT

1. SOFTWARE
(a) Windows Operation System- Windows XP/ Windows 7
(b) Application Software- Notepad / MS Office 2007 etc.
2. HARDWARE
(a) Pentium CPU
(b) Color Monitor(CRT / LED)
(c) Mouse
(d) Keyboard
(e) Printer

Objective of the program

The manual system can have the following disadvantages:-

1. It makes the process time consuming.

2. So many reports that can be drawn very easily in a computer system are become a
tedious job in the manual system.
3. Staff requirement is more as compared to the computerized system.

The design system helps in maintaining the record of all the system available in the school,
reducing the manual work. This system automatically gives an weekly and monthly
availability of the website, which is-----------------
1. Improved computational and data experimentation ability.
2. Better and faster response.
3. Accurate results.
4. Calculations are perfect.
5. Image of website will improved in students & teachers and also public.

holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. This religious Eid is the
first and only day in the month of Shawwal during which Muslims are not permitted to fast. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of
the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan. The day of Eid, therefore, falls on the first day of
the month of Shawwal. The date for the start of any lunar Hijri month varies based on when the new moon is sighted by local
religious authorities, so the exact day of celebration varies by locality.

subcontinent. It is celebrated predominantly in India and Nepal, but has also spread to other areas of Asia and parts of the Western
world through the diaspora from the Indian subcontinent. Holi is popularly known as the Indian "festival of spring", the "festival of
colours", or the "festival of love". The festival signifies the arrival of spring, the end of winter, the blossoming of love, and for many
a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. The festival also celebrates the

Conclusion

From the system we can conclude that this software is user

friendly package. This system is very flexible. We can
implement this system by making some changes in this
package.

The format of the various reports can be changed according

to organization requirement. In future, if rules of this
system changes then at that time system is very easy to
change.
