PART ONE - CONQUEST OF THE VALE

Chapter 1
The army from (White) takes a keen interest in the situation. Meanwhile a knight of
(Black) also moved in, not within striking distance of the white army, but poised
to intercept if need be

Chapter 2
Worried by the presence of the black knight, (White) goads its own commoners into
settling in the only path available to the Black Knight. The Black knight then
calls in his friend, who openly threathens to remove the peasants of white who are
contesting Black's peasants' claim to the fertile land.

Chapter 3
More White peasants settle in the fertile lands, and the Black Knight threathening
them realizes there are too many for him to fight. The Black King orders more
commoners into the fertile lands, hoping to stem White's expansion by overcrowding
the lands.

Chapter 4
A small militia is raised by White, while the Black king contacts the church for
help. The bishop working for Black will forge evidence of White's sinful behaviour,
and prepare to lead an inquisition against the realm.

Chapter 5
White's knight is introduced, and he explains his plans to take the militia and
restore order to the fertile lands. Before he can do anything, however, the Black
bishop makes his case and accuses the White Knight of witchcraft and heresy.

Chapter 6
White implores the church for help, and an old colleague of the Black bishop comes
to the aid of the White Knight. While the Black and White bishop both try to win
the case, the Black king uses the situation as a distraction to move his own
militia closer to White's borders.

Chapter 7
White prepares for war, the king taking refuge in the castle while mobilizing the
castle guard. This action escalates the conflict in the fertile lands, causing a
skirmish in which the Black peasants are victorious.

PART TWO - GODLESS

Chapter 9
White strengthens its ties with the church, while Black raises more militia.

Chapter 10
White mobilizes its knights, causing the Black King to call for war.

Chapter 11
White's recruitment of soldiers to support the knights is leaving the nation empty.
The aggressive Black Knight presents himself with his army, his forces cleary
prepared for war and within striking distance of the church and several villages.
The White King chooses to fortify his villages rather than spend men to extract the
bishop, despite the bishop helping him clear the White knight of charges of
witchcraft earlier. His reasoning that the Black Knight would not dare to attack
the clergy is proven false not long after. As a result, White loses the support of
the church.

Chapter 12
A lone knight rides out to champion the cause of the peasants, even as a horde of
Black recruits draws near. The Black Knight meanwhile proves that he is very much
wililng to attack the clergy, and slays the bishop who had defended the White
Knight.

Chapter 13
His hand forced by the Black Knight, the White King orders his army to hunt down
the murderer. The army succeeds and, after a short trial, proceeds to hang the
criminal. Meanwhile the Black bishop, confident that his colleagues are no longer
supporting the White King, starts a case against the White King's personal guard
(Tower).

Chapter 14
The personal guard is cleared of all charges, and the Black Bishop decides to
abandon the land.

Chapter 15
The white knight championing the people is sent to retrieve the Black Bishop, for
the White King does not want the Black Bishop out of his sight. He finds and
accuses the bishop of working with the Black King. The Black Bishop denies these
claims, and returns to the White King's court to prove his innocence.

Chapter 16
Upon returning to the White King's court, the Black Bishop is apprehended and
executed by the army. In retaliation the church has the White Knight championing
the people assassinated.

PART THREE - DOWNFALL

Chapter 17
Following the assassination of knight and bishop, the armies have clashed with one
another. This chapter describes how since then, the Black Army (queen) was defeated
by the Captain of the Watch (tower). In response, a lesser part of Black's army
(tower) tore the exhausted White Tower to shreds.
Chapter 18
After a year of respite or two, White's army (queen) approaches the borders, ready
to continue the war. The army commander meets with representatives of the Church,
who fail to convince the general to repent and desert the White Kingdom. The
church, realizing its role in this conflict has ended (ties with white are severed,
and Black is losing), leave the country altogether.

Chapter 19
The remaining White Knight leads the assault against the Black King's castle. A
force of militia sallies forth to halt the knights, but is unsuccesful.

Chapter 20
The White King begins making public appearances again, contemplating the war and
whether it has been worth the cost. Meanwhile half the Black Army's remnant deserts
and makes an appeal to the White King, asking to be allowed to join the White
empire.

Chapter 21
White's army breaches the Black King's castle. The Black King flees, but finds
himself trapped.
