INTRODUCTION
In this guide you'll discover the secret texts that men love to
receive and respond to. We'll explore the psychology of the
male mind to understand why these texts are so powerful.

Most people find texting awkward, impersonal and confusing.

This guide has been written to improve your texting game.
Allowing you to create deeper connections and generate dates.

As much as we complain about texting, it's critical for

attracting the right partner. For a date to happen, you need to
know, like and trust one another.

When texting, you have three goals:

1. Build a connection.
2. Increase attraction.
3. Agree dates.

Agreeing the date is the most important goal. But this isn’t
possible without building a connection and increasing
attraction first.

Now, before we get into this guide, let’s talk about men. Men
think, feel and behave very differently to women. No gender is
right or wrong, good or bad, better or worse. We’re just
different.

3
Men have deep biological drives that have served them for
thousands of years. Here are a man’s three primary drives:

1. To achieve something.
2. To protect someone.
3. To earn someone's respect.

These drives dominate a man’s thoughts, feelings and

behaviour. These texts are engineered to communicate to his
three deep biological drives.

Now let's be clear. This guide is not about pandering to men or

boosting anyone’s ego. It’s about highlighting and encouraging
the best in others.

When dating, it's good to shine the light on everyone you meet.
If they aren't willing to give you the same energy, they’re not
your person, and you can move on. It’s that simple.

In this guide, I’ll be sharing 7 types of texts that men love to

receive and respond to:

1. The Opinion Text.

2. The Support Text.
3. The Hero Text.
4. The Challenge Text.
5. The Approval Text.
6. The Recommendation Text.
7. The Admiration Text.

4
These texts are not ground-breaking. But they work. By
sprinkling these texts into your interactions, you'll deepen your
connection. Driving the conversation towards a date.

I have also provided 21 pre-written text examples. You can use

these texts, or write your own variations.

Let’s begin!

5
1. THE OPINION TEXT
“The Opinion Text” is when you ask his opinion on a topic
that’s relevant to him.

Men love to give their opinion. This is because most men love
to feel useful and they love to solve problems. A man wants to
use his knowledge and skills to be of service to you. This text
shows that you admire his intelligence and respect his
judgement. This is a huge compliment for a guy.

When asking for his opinion, choose a topic where he already

has the expertise. He may be knowledgeable in finance, DIY,
cars, sports or technology. The more knowledge he is in this
are, the more he will love this text!

"The Opinion Text” is best used after your first date. At this
stage you'll know more about his interests and expertise.

Men love to accomplish tasks. Whether it’s his business, career,

qualifications or sport. A high-value guy wants a partner who
understands the importance of his mission. He wants someone
who supports his journey. This is how men bond with their
partners.

For example, he could be going for a major interview,

presenting to a big client, just passed an exam or won a game.
By sending a text of support, you’re demonstrating that you’re
on his side, and you want him to win. It’s important to note
that this text is most powerful when it relates to a goal he
values most.

“The Support Text” can be used at any time, even before the

can come to your rescue.

Men love to feel like the hero. This triggers his deep drive to
protect someone, especially a woman he’s attracted to. By
calling for his service, it shows that you see him as a viable
protector figure. This makes him feel useful, valued and
admired.

In this example, we are talking about those simple,

unremarkable moments where he can play out the hero role in
your life. He doesn’t need to show up - it’s just a hint that he
was needed.

4. THE CHALLENGE TEXT
“The Challenge Text” is when you challenge him to a
competition.

Men are competitive. This comes from their desire to achieve

something. Small and fun challenges create tension and build
anticipation. It also makes organising a date easy, as most
competitions need face-to-face interaction.

You can challenge him to anything. It could be a bake-off,

mini-golf or table tennis. You get bonus points for adding a
wager. For example, the person who loses, cooks for the other
person. Or the person who wins gets taken out for dinner. This
creates more narrative, excitement and investment.

“The Challenge Text” can be used at any time. But beware,

you don't want to go too hard. Keep the competition light and
fun.

you have done. That’s right, you’re seeking his approval! Let
me explain.

A man wants to feel as though he is having a positive

impression on you. By seeking his approval, you make him feel
valued and appreciated. This text communicates that he is
rubbing off on you in a positive way.

It could be that you’ve tried something new or you’ve made a

different choice based on his suggestion. For example, a change
in routine or an appreciation for something he recommended.

“The Approval Text” is best used immediately after the first

date.

“The Recommendation Text” is when you ask him for a
specific recommendation.

A man loves to earn your respect. By asking him for a

recommendation, it shows that you respect his judgement.
Men also love to solve problems, so give him easy problems to
solve. He wants to add value and be the hero.

The best recommendations are those which are important to

him. If he’s passionate about books, ask for a book
recommendation. If he loves exercise, ask for exercise
recommendations. If he lives for business, ask for business
recommendations. He will love that you’re showing an interest
in something that he values most.

7. THE ADMIRATION TEXT
“The Admiration Text” is when you identify something about
him that you admire most.

We all love to feel admired, men included. He wants to win

your respect. By showing admiration, you’re giving him the
validation he desires most. Plus, guys don't get many
compliments.

This text is most powerful when it relates to something he likes

most about himself. For example, it could be his work ethic,
knowledge, discipline or sense of humour. Be mindful not to
overdo this text though. A dash of admiration every once in a
while is all you need. Overuse of this text will come across as
disingenuous.

“The Admiration Text” is best used after the first or second

date, once familiarity has been established. Also, use this text
when it's appropriate to do so.
