MINUTES OF MEETING
November 11, 2021

Call to order: A meeting for the Proposed School Budget for FY 2022 was held at
Kauswagan District Hall on November 11, 2021. It started at exactly 2:00 pm with Maam
Aminah Baragona, Sir Karlo and Ma’am Elyn N. Culanculan.
General Overview
The meeting started with a prayer then an explanation on why we come up on the district
venue because of the rough road going to Upper Tugar Elementary School.
Upper Tugar Elementary School has a budget of ₱207,000.00 less 5% tax for a total of
₱196,650.00. Members discussed necessary expenses and agreed with the following budget;
₱30,000.00 for the travelling expenses, ₱52,409.00 for office supplies, ₱600.00 for the
accountable forms, ₱7,200.00 for the water expenses and ₱14,400.00 for the electricity. Also
it has been agreed to allot ₱12,000.00 each for telephone expenses-mobile, landline and
internet subscription. We also have janitorial services for ₱12,000.00, ₱5000.00 for the repair
and maintenance of ICT equipment, ₱600.00 for fidelity bonds premium and ₱5000.00 for
printing and application expenses. It was also agreed to allot an amount for the graduation
and recognition which is ₱13,441.00 as the total expenses of the following; ₱8,441.00 for the
Graduation Rites and ₱5000.00 for the Recognition Activities.
For the annual recognition of the activities, we had budgeted a total of ₱9,000.00 in which
₱4000.00 is for Brigada Pagbasa and ₱5000.00 for Brigada Eskwela. We had also budgeted
₱6000.00 for the School-Based Training Activities, ₱4000.00 for the INSET and ₱2000.00
for the LAC SESSION. Lastly was allotting budget for the Special Curricular Program
Expenses specifically for the Covid-19 supplies which is ₱10,000.00.
It was finally agreed and finalized by the members in attendance for the School Budget
for School Year 2022-2023.The meeting was adjourned by Mrs. Elyn N. Culanculan, the
School-in-Charge at exactly 3:30 pm.
