What I learned? Action Plan for the Week:

Bravery, or courage is the ability to
overcome a situation that frightens us.
Most of us feel brave and afraid at the
same time. This combination leads to a
sense of vulnerability, we feel vulnerable.
We are led to believe this vulnerability is
a weakness, that instead we need to be
brave, but the reality is you cannot have
courage without vulnerability.
Courageous leaders embrace their
vulnerability and encourage discussion
and conversation within their
organisation defined by a commitment to
lean into vulnerability and create a
culture inspiring courage.
Courage is the choice and willingness to
confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty,
or intimidation.
 I’ll finish my assign task for the
week.
Reflection:
If you'd like to become more courageous
in the workplace, you can take several
steps to achieve your goal. Be mindful of
your perspective. Instead of saying “I can't
do this,” say “I can't do this yet, but I can
learn.” Think of challenges as learning
opportunities. Make a list of your
strengths.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be
afraid or terrified because of them, for the
Lord your God goes with you; he will
never leave you nor forsake you.” –
Deuteronomy 31:6

Prayer:

Heavenly father, please give me strength when I am weak, love when I feel forsaken,
courage when I am afraid, wisdom when I feel foolish, comfort when I am alone, hope
when I feel rejected, and peace when I am in turmoil.
Lord it’s so hard to get through the day, I am counting on you and relaying on you.
Please give me courage to do everything according to your will. In Jesus name I pray,
Amen.
