The Self from Psychological Perspective
Ask yourself:
How do you strive to achieve your ideal self?

 I strive to achieve my ideal self by setting personal goals, continuously learning and
growing, practicing self-reflection, and aligning my actions with my values and
aspirations.

Is your ideal self an improved version of your real self? How would you feel when you
achievethis ideal self?

 Yes, my ideal self is an improved version of my real self. When I achieve this ideal self, I
would feel a sense of fulfillment, contentment, and inner peace knowing that I am living
authentically and in alignment with my true values and aspirations.

Is your ideal self a response to the expectations of your environment? How would you feel
when you achieve this ideal self?

 While my ideal self may be influenced by the expectations of my environment to some

extent, it primarily stems from my own desires for personal growth and fulfillment.
When I achieve this ideal self, I would feel empowered, confident, and liberated,
knowing that I have stayed true to myself while also evolving into the best version of
