SUB : Job contract for inventorisation and valuation of old uncleared /

unclaimed / abandoned import / courier cargo – evaluation of
shortfall documents – opening of envelope-“B.”

The NIT had been called through CPP for the subject job contract on 09.07.2021 with the
instruction to submit envelope-A on or before 1400 hrs / 28.07.2021. The envelope-A thus
received from 06 tenderers were opened on 28.07.2021 at 1500 hours and the documents received
were scrutinized by the committee and it was recommended to receive shortfall documents in
envelope-A on or before 1130 hrs / 18.08.2021.

Accordingly, the details of findings are given under:
