Attle Jhon Arcilla. I'm here today to give a speech about health. This
encompasses all aspects of our health, from physical to mental. To
begin, we must define mental health; we all suffer from it. It is equally
crucial to one's physical well-being. Our emotional, psychological, and
social well-being are all part of our mental health. It has an impact on
how we feel, think, and behave. It also influences how we deal with
stress.
As a result, it's important at every stage of life. Our genetic make-
up and upbringing, as well as our living situations and the stresses we
endure, all play a role. Mental illnesses like sadness and anxiety can
strike anyone at any time in their lives.
A person who is healthy is one who is devoid of illness, injury, and
discomfort in both the mind and the body. A person's physically may be
in good shape, but his mind may be unwell. For example, this epidemic
that we may face as a result of the new e-learning that we are not fully
prepared to deal with. We most likely encountered a variety of issues,
including the use of technology and gadgets, particularly dependable
internet connections, which are one of the most in-demand resources
that students may require.
On the other hand, a healthy mind can coexist with a sick body. As a
result, striking a balance between the two is critical, and if a person has
a healthy body and a healthy mind, he or she can be deemed healthy.
We are a part of a group of people and a community. As a result, we all
have a responsibility to contribute to a healthy community.
Being mentally healthy entails being able to cope with adversity, feeling
in control, confident, and positive about oneself, controlling and
expressing emotions, and forming and sustaining positive connections.
They may have positive mental health later in life when they feel
pleased and fulfilled. Our goal should be to achieve good mental health
so that we can achieve our maximum potential and live a happy life.
