We are pleased to offer you a position as Senior Machine Learning Engineer with Remote. While employed at Remote you will provide
services for Vamstar Limited.

You will receive an annual salary of COP 234,859,800.00 which will be paid in accordance with your jurisdiction’s standard payroll policies
and schedule. Your employment will commence on 2022-07-06, or such other date as agreed between us in writing, for an indefinite
