Dear Sir:

In line with the DepEd MEMORANDUM No. 071 , s. 2021 known as the PREPARATIONS
FOR THE PILOT FACE-TO-FACE, EXPANSION AND TRANSITIONING TO NEW NORMAL, the
undersigned, on behalf of TAPSAN Elementary School, is humbly asking your
participation in the said program.

The program starts on January 31 and ends on February 2, 2022. If you are willing to
be a part of it, you may come to the school on or in between the dates mentioned when
you are available to volunteer.

Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it ready for the face
to face classes during the program are:

1. cleaning of the school grounds


2. painting of school walls
3. painting of school signages
4. painting of the school ID on the school roof
5. cleaning of classrooms and office
6. pruning/trimming of trees around the school
7. making of herbarium
8. fixing of garbage pit or disposal

It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need cleaning materials, paints, paint
rollers, paint brushes, garden tools, medicinal plant seedling and ornamental plants.
You may bring any of the tools and materials mentioned.
