Madam:

The undersigned humbly requests the approval of the attached Travel Authority relative to the
Division of Talents Festival scheduled on April 14-16, 2023 at Benguet National High School,
Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet with the following justifications:

a) The activity is highly relevant for it aims to showcase learner’s potentials and to
strengthen their confidence and self-esteem.
b) The activity enhances the quality standards of the learners as identified in the activities
and to ensure that the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual personality of
young children are developed.
c) The projected expenses for the trip and activity are not excessive and involve minimum
expenditure.
d) The presence of the employee is needed to the outcome of the activity being
undertaken, having been identified as coordinator that need to attend the onsite activity.
e) The absence of the employee from her permanent official station will not hamper the
operational efficiency of his/her office; and
f) The expenses to be incurred in the trip are included in the approved Work and Financial
Plan of the unit concerned.
