This has reference to your online proposal No. IA/UP/MIS/66817/2017 dated
19.07.2017, submitted to this Ministry for grant of Amendment in Environmental
Clearance (EC) in terms of the provisions of the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA)
Notification, 2006 under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.

2. The proposal for grant of Amendment in environmental clearance to the project

'Group Housing Project at SC-02/ H&I, Sector 150, Noida by M/s Brick Rise Developers
Pvt Ltd' was considered by the Expert Appraisal Committee (Infra-2) in its 21st EAC
(Infra-2) meetings held on 21st-24th August, 2017. The details of the project, as per the
documents submitted by the project proponent, and also as informed during the above
meeting, are under:-

(i) Environment Clearance was received for project from SEIAA Uttar Pradesh vide
letter No. 375/Parya/SEAC/3652/2016 dated 22.03.2017 in favour of M/s Lotus
Greens Constructions Pvt Ltd, SC-02/ H&I, Sector 150, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
(ii) The said project will be developed by M/s Brick Rise Developers Pvt Ltd which is
wholly own subsidiary company of M/s Lotus Greens Constructions Pvt Ltd. Copy
of certificate from Registrar of Companies is enclosed herewith.
(iii) Request to change the name of company in EC Letter from M/s Lotus Greens
Constructions Pvt Ltd to M/s Brick Rise Developers Pvt Ltd.

3. The Expert Appraisal Committee, after detailed deliberations on the proposal,

has recommended for grant of Amendment in Environmental Clearance to the project.
Further, M/s Brick Rise Developers Pvt Ltd has §u !miffed an affidavit to abide by all the

conditions of the environmental clearance issued by SEIAA, Uttar Pradesh vide letter
No. 375/Parya/SEAC/3652/2016 dated 22.03.2017 issued in the favour of M/s Lotus
Greens Constructions Pvt Ltd. As per recommendations of the EAC, the Ministry of
Environment, Forest and Climate Change hereby accords Amendment in Environmental
Clearance w.r.t change in the name of the Project Proponent from Lotus Greens
Constructions Pvt Ltd to Brick Rise Developers Pvt Ltd.

4. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the Environment Clearance letter
issued by SEIAA Uttar Pradesh vide letter No. 375/Parya/SEAC/3652/2016 dated
22.03.2017 shall remain the same.

5. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
