For Team Leader

Target: Quarterly

Target Calculation:

Quarterly Total Salary: Quarterly Team leader salary + Quarterly Team Members’ salary
Quarterly Target Value: Total Salary * 10

Incentive Structure: 3% of Net Deposit - (Team Members Incentive + IB Payment)

Incentive Slab: Those who completed less than 70% of the targets will receive half of the incentive.

Quarterly Target USD 525,000

Incentive Calculation:

3 % of Net Deposit = USD 525000 *3 %

= USD 15750

Team Members Incentive = USD 3000

IB Payout = USD 2350

Incentive = 15750 – 3000 – 2350

Incentive = USD 10400
