TERMS & CONDITIONS:

On the above quoted Pricing GST @18% Extra.

Freight Extra @ 5%
Insurance: INCLUSIVE
Delivery: 10 - 12 Weeks(Ex-works) from the date of Final approved drawings.
Payment Terms: 30% advance (alongwith 100% tax component ) with PO , 20% against Final drawing
approval and balance before dispatch against proforma Invoice.

Pls note Price Variation Clause ( as mentioned below) shall be applicable for Busducts:
P =Po ( 0.2 + 0.68 (A1 / Ao) + 0.12)
Po = Qouted offer Price , Ao = LME applicable on the date of offer and A1= LME applicable on the date of
drawing approval .The quoted prices is as per Aluminium Nalco IC-20 price is Rs. 200.35/-kg w.e.f. 22-May-
21 and LME Copper of US$ 7832 per tonne dtd. 04.02.21
Any variation which is higher than +/- 5% on the date of drawing approval will require a PO amendment
for unit prices based on the above Price variation Clause from your end .
Our HSN code is 85389000 for Bustrunking & Parts and Effective tax rate under GST is 18%
Any entry tax/octroi/LBT/ other govt levies & duties shall not be in scope of C&S Electric Ltd.
Warranty: 18 months from the date of Invoice or 12 Months from the date of Erection
which ever is earlier
