I would like to talk to you about our fridge because it is constantly on the
fritz.

To start off, this refrigerator is a cheap brand from China that had a limited
warranty. It has a side-by-side fridge and freezer and is equipped with an
automatic ice maker and exterior water dispenser, but the auto-defrost
system often fails.

Anyway, when the auto-defrost systems stopped working, the entire freezer
and the rear of the fridge began to fill with frost and ice. After a while,
there was no more room to store food and we could not easily remove the
food without unplugging the appliance for ages.

By the way, we finally had to call our local serviceman to fix it. He ran
some diagnostics and discovered that the moisture sensor was
malfunctioning.

Finally, even though I was so frustrated about the quality of the fridge, I
was so grateful that the serviceman had a spare component and was able
to repair our fridge in a jiffy.
