Any Lead uploaded within the platform can have a
stage change by the collaborators of the sales
lead at any time. This enables the users to define
the custom completion metrics as per the
organization.

Each stage in the life cycle of the lead can have a


default closure time which can either be defined
by the organization as a rule or by the person
assigning the lead. After the stage is not closed in
the due time, all the stake holders will be notified
of the delay and the stage activity can be
escalated to another collaborator as described by
the assignee.

Once the stage activity is sent for submission to


the owner and accepted the stage is automatically
changed. Once the last stage in the chronological
order is completed the lead automatically is
closed and converted to a client and the
information shared to all the stake holders as
defined by the organization.
