We are currently evaluating all aspects of our programs and incorporating the most up-to-date health and safety
standards. We’ll continue to make changes as new learnings and guidance evolves from the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention (CDC) and our program partners.
Stay informed by visiting our website at EnvisionExperience.com/Covid-Health-And-Safety and the Program Health
and Safety FAQ document on the MyEnvisionExperience.com webpage. There, you’ll find FAQs and procedural details
highlighting our COVID-19 protocols.
At least three weeks before attending the program, complete the following REQUIRED items:
❐ Make travel arrangements (we recommend using WorldTEK for assistance). You can book your travel online at
EnvisionExperience.com/WorldTEK.
❐ Complete the online Mandatory Travel Form. This provides us with your travel arrangements, which are vital to us in
preparing for your arrival at the program site.
❐ Complete your online pre-program assignment(s). Review the Academic Preparation and Pre-Program Assignment(s)
document for instructions on how to complete your assignment(s).
• Feedback for Understanding Emerging Leaders (FUEL)
• Social and Emotional Learning Survey (PAIRIN)
❐ Submit any additional waivers (if applicable), as they are required by some of our venue and site-visit partners.
Waivers will be emailed to you 10 days before the start of the session, if applicable.
❐ Students enrolled in NYLF Medicine at St. John’s University: Complete the St. John’s University Campus ID
Registration Form and submit a photo for your St. John’s University campus ID.
Remember to bring:
❐ Disposable masks for the duration of the program
❐ Printed confirmation page from your Mandatory Travel Form—Parents/Guardians, please keep a copy of this
information at home.
❐ A government-issued photo ID: driver’s license, school ID, or passport (some site visits require a government-issued
photo ID to attend.)
❐ Your ticket, e-ticket receipt, or confirmation code (if you are flying)
❐ Extra spending money for incidentals or if you would like to purchase souvenirs—you will need money to cover
baggage fees on your flight home (if applicable). We will have two meals off-site, so you should bring between
$15 to $25 per meal.
❐ At least one extra day’s worth of clothing, prescription medication, glasses/contacts, and toiletries in your
carry-on bag (if you are flying)—this will limit the inconvenience to you in the event of lost or misplaced luggage.
You are responsible for carrying your own luggage, so we recommend you pack only the necessary items.
❐ Camera, if desired
❐ Each student will receive a pen, cinch bag, and a program handbook. We recommend packing a small notebook and
a few extra pens, in the event the program-provided pen is misplaced.
❐ Review the Housing, Registration, and Travel document for information about the housing site accommodations.
If your housing site does not provide linens, ensure you pack twin XL sheets, a pillow, a blanket, and bath towels.
For housing sites that provide linens, we recommend that students pack an extra bath towel and/or an extra
blanket.
