Problems that we may face in organizing an event

1. Environment issues.
I think this issue is really common to people or organization that want to organizing some event.
Finding a good and suitable place for the event is a hard job for someone who does not have any
experience or even for someone who already expert on this aspect. The place need to have
some specific aspect that the organization needs for their event, such as electricity, how big the
place is, is that suit for the concept of the event and is that affordable for the visitors and the
seller who wants to sell their items or foods.
To solve this problem: we need to have clear information about what kind of event we will be
doing, how many shop will be invited, how big its need to be, it must be close to public space,
and it must have electricity sources. And you can do some survey before the event happen.
Plan b: if it does not work we should have other solution such as we need to rent a big
generator for the electricity source if the place does not have or far for electricity source. We
need to plan or organizing the event from long term of period and we should make the event
according to the place that we already decided to choose.
2. Mapping issues
This is the problem that may occur when we organizing an event as well. It really hard to decide
how many entrees we need to make, where is the emergency exit, where we need to placing all
the shop, what kind of shape we will use to when we setting the place for the shop, either that
that simple like straight and zigzag like one on the left and one on the right or complicated
shape that we put the shop wherever it looks nice. And also to give the information to the
visitors about the map.
To solve the problem: we need to make the sketch of the map and we need to survey and
decide which way is good for the exit way and emergency way. We also need to put a gate guard
in the entrees way to give the information to the visitor and give a free map for them if it
necessary.
Plan b: we can only put a couple of sign inside the event venue such as exit sign, emergency sign
and put a big sketch of map like the one in the park so they will easier to find the exit and
entrees, also where are they at that time.
