Weather is something that we cannot guess and we need to be ready in case of rain,
wind or others.

 Vegetation
Trees and grass can be dangerous if we are going to do a food event it can set fire
fast and also It is dangerous if we put cables close to the trees .

2. Safe and security

 Thieves
We need to employ staff in charge of the security in case of thieve around.
People that is going to assist to our event they just want to enjoy and have good
time, sometimes letting them steal without problem.
 Fire
We need to be sure that we have the correct way to eliminate fire without
problems. We can have extinguishers in certain points and also emergency numbers
ready as fireman to call immediately
 Accidents
Accidents can happen all the time. The different stores that are going to sell food
have knives and different kind of equipment that can be dangerous or speak about
customers they can pass out and we have to be ready to help them.
We are going to count with some ambulances to be ready in case of accidents
 Electricity
We are going to use a lot of electricity and we have electric point power everywhere
and we need to be careful in case somebody throw water in them.
We also provide special extinguishers that can react again the electricity.
 Controlling people access
We need to control how many people is going to access to our event, by having a
quick count of them.

We count with Plan B in case of:

Missing Staff

In case some people in charge of the security or in charge of the event is missing we are going to
employ people that are going to be the second in charge that can do their job in the same way and
being really efficient as the head of the organization.

Injuries and accident

In case of Injuries and accident we have ambulance that are going to provide help to us in case that
the accident get big we have close some clinics and also fireman station that can help us.
We already contact with them to ask if in case of accident they can give us a hand at the time to
manage the case.

Everything have to run good and smooth.
