Commissioner of India, India’s life expectancy at birth has increased up
to 69.7 from 2015-2019 period and is still lower than the global average of
72.6.

1970-75 to 69.7 in 2015-2019.

में 49.7 से बढ़कर 2015-2019 में 69.7 ह गई है ।
 In 2015-19, the highest life expectancy at birth has been estimated for
NCT of Delhi with 75.9 years followed by, while Chhattisgarh with 65.3
years, has the lowest life expectancy at birth.
 2015-19 में, जन्म के समय उच्चतम जीवन प्रत्याशा 75.9 वर्षों के साथ श्विल्ली के
एनसीटी के श्वलए अनुमाश्वनत की गई है , जबश्वक छत्तीसगढ़ में 65.3 वर्षष के साथ जन्म के

 Expectation of life at birth is highest in Delhi (74.3 years) for males and
in Kerala (78.0 years) for females, whereas it is lowest in Chhattisgarh
(63.7 years) for males and Uttar Pradesh (66.2 years) for females.

 According to information sourced through RTI (Right to Information)
from the Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited
(BRBNMPL) , the selling price of bank notes in the denomination of Rs
20, Rs 50, Rs 100 and Rs 200 has increased in FY22 while for Rs 500, it
remained unchanged.
 भारतीय ररजवष बैं क न ट मु द्रण प्राइवे ट श्वलश्वमटे ड (बीआरबीएनएमपीएल) से आरटीआई
(सूचना का अश्विकार) के माध्यम से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, श्ववत्त वर्षष 22 में 20
रुपये, 50 रुपये, 100 रुपये और 200 रुपये के बैंक न ट ं की श्वबिी मूल्य में वृद्धि हुई है ।

 Selling price refers to the price at which printing presses supply paper
currency to RBI.

 The overall cost of printing currency in FY22 was the second highest,
after an all-time high of around Rs 8,000 crore during the year of
demonetization (2016-17).

 The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has amended norms for banks to claim
the amount of interest subvention which is provided to farmers under
the short-term crop loan scheme through Kisan Credit Card (KCC).
 The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) permitted commercial banks to continue
providing credit facility to NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies)
for the purpose of on-lending to certain priority sectors.
 In accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) data, a total of 27
Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs) and Financial Institutions (FIs)
have reported 96 cases of fraud, worth Rs 34,097 crore in the first nine
months of FY22 (April-December 2021).

the Mekong River in Cambodia.

 The stingray, almost 13 feet snout to tail and weighed slightly under 300
kilograms.
