6.1 Letter from Hon. MAYOR GERALDINE C. ORNALES respectfully resquesting the
august body for an authority to sign in behalf of the Municicipality in the “Kasunduan sa
Pagitan ng mga Benepisyaryo at Pamahalaang Bayan ng Lemery hinggil sa Pagkakaloon
ng Proyektong Pabahay” in line with the PAGCOR Village housing project.

6.2 Letter from Hon. MAYOR GERALDINE C. ORNALES respectfully resquesting the
august body for the enactment of an ordinance that embodies the provisions of Rep. Act
No.11032 (Ease of Doing Business & Efficient Delivery Act of 2018) and Rep. Act No.
11234 (Energy Virtual One-Stop-Shop (EVOSS) Act)

6.3 Five (5) SK Annual Budget CY 2022 for review and appropriate action of the august
body to wit:

 An audience with the Representative from BATELEC I to apprise the august body
about the abrupt increase of the electric bill for the month of may, 2022 and actively
participate in the discussion relative thereto.

 An audience with the Representative from DPWH To Apprise The August Body
About The Alleged Installation Of Traffic Light At The Rotonda Area, In The
Vicinity Of Xentro Mall, To Know The Plans And Programs Of Their Good Office
In The Area And Actively Participate In The Discussion Relative Thereto.

 3rd & Final Reading Re: Proposed Amendment and Consolidation of Internal Rules
of Procedure of the Sangguniang Bayan.

 2nd & Final Reading Re: Revenue Code of barangay Tubuan and Barangay
Dayapan.
  2nd & Final Reading Re: Proposed LACAP entitled Creation of Baywatch Patrol in
Thirteen Coastal Barangays in the Municipality of Lemery, Batangas.

 3rd & Final Reading Re: Proposed Ordinance Providing for Educational Program
