SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION TO THE SK

MANDATORY TRAINING (SKMT) OF MALITA DAVAO
OCCIDENTAL ON NOVEMBER 14-15, 2023 AT TABAT
GYM SAN MIGUEL POBLACION

Pursuant to Section 28 of Republic Act (RA) No. 10743, otherwise known as the
SK Reform Act of 2015, as amended by RA No. 11768, newly-elected SK officials
are reminded that their attendance and participation in the SK mandatory training
is a pre-requisite before they can officially assumed their mandated duties and
functions.

Anent this, ALL proclaimed SK Officials of the Municipality of Malita are directed
to attend the SK Mandatory Training (SKMT) of Malita to be conducted on
November 14 and 15, 2023 at the Tabat Gym, San Miguel, Poblacion, Malita,
Davao Occidental. Please refer to the table below for your respective schedule:

Please be reminded to pay the registration fee to defray the training cost and other
expenses chargeable against the Sangguniang Kabataan or through the Barangay
(Section 7.1, NYC Resolution Approving the Modified Guidelines in the Conduct of SKMT ). However,
the elected SK officials may shoulder the amount of the required registration fee
which shall be reimbursed chargeable against the SK Funds (Section 7.3, NYC Resolution
Approving the Modified Guidelines in the Conduct of SKMT ).

To ensure formality and a professional atmosphere in the training, participants

should be advised to dress up appropriately for the training using the following
guide:

Section 6.6 NYC Resolution Approving the Modified Guidelines in the Conduct of SKMT).

Furthermore, ALL participants are directed to observe punctuality and register

their attendance before 8:00 AM. The training shall start at exactly 8:00 AM in
the morning. This will form part of the basis for the issuance of a certificate of
completion. A Certificate of Completion signed by the Local Chief Executive, Local
Youth Development Officer, and the Municipal Local Government Operation
Officer shall be given to the respective SK Official who will satisfactorily complete
the training and shall be used to assume office (Section 6.8.1, NYC Resolution
Approving the Modified Guidelines in the Conduct of SKMT).
