TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN:

Republic Act No.10742 or otherwise known as the "Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015", also
mandates that all newly-elected SK Officials and Members are mandated to attend the SK Mandatory
Training Program. Deliberate failure to attend shall constitute sufficient ground to disqualify an SK official.

Section 16 of Republic Act No. 10742, stated that all SK Officials in good standing, whether elected or
appointed, shall, during their incumbency. (03) “be excused from attending their regular classes, if they are
currently enrolled in any school, while attending then- regular or special Sangguniang Kabataan meetings,
and the Sangguniang Barangay session, this included the mandatory seminar and training for all SK
Officials”
