    SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE TO THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MANDATORY TRAINING

    Please be reminded that under Section 28 of Republic Act 10742 as amended by Republic Act
    11768, all elected Sangguniang Kabataan officials are required to undergo the mandatory training
    before they are allowed to assume their office hence it is an official business matter. Relative to
    this, all Sangguniang Kabataan officials are directed to attend the mandatory training with the
    following schedule;
