• RATIONALE:

Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 23, s. 2023 titled 2023 National Festival of Talents,
the Curriculum Implementation Division – Instructional Management Section (CID-IMS)
announces the conduct of the Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) 2023 on June 2-3, 2023, at
Alabel National High School with the theme: Reinforcing 21st Century Learning and Fostering
Creative industries through Talents and Skills Exhibition.

The Festival of Talents serves as a means to celebrate and nurture individual talents,
promote a sense of community, encourage creativity, and foster personal growth. It
provides a platform for participants to shine, connect with others, and contribute to a vibrant
and inclusive community or organization .

A.5. Activity Rationale:

The Festival of Talents serves as a platform for individuals to showcase their skills, promotes
diversity and inclusivity, nurtures creativity, builds community, and provides entertainment. It
celebrates the unique abilities and achievements of individuals while fostering personal growth
and cultural enrichment within a community or organization.

This coming May 26, 2023 the Alabel District 3 will be holding a Festival of talents at
Sarangani Sports Academy . The Vicente Fuentes Elementary School will showcase the talents
of the Grade three and grade six learners. This will be a half day activity and will start at 1:00 o
‘ clock in the afternoon. The winners of this contest will be the participants in our District to
the upcoming DFOT 2023.
