NARRATIVE REPORT OF KINDERGARTEN ON SMEPA 2021-2022

(School Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustment)

The school MEPA (School Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustment) in Palingowak Elementary
School was conducted every quarter in the present SY: 2021-2022. As the Kindergarten Adviser, I presented
the Key Results Areas (KRAs) on ACCESS, QUALITY, and GOVERNANCE with the corresponding Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) in graphical, tabular, and textual PowerPoint Presentation for easy
understanding in the delivery of the data elements. In the Access, the Kindergarten enrolment from the 1st
and 2nd Quarters is different from the 3rd Quarter of the present school year 2021. The data and graph
clearly showed that there is an increase in the enrolment and there are no pupils left the class. All the
kindergarten students’ last Quarters are continuing their module and now attending limited face-to-face
classes. Under the Quality, Kindergarten-Oral Reading Assessment Filipino The results of the last two
quarters of the reading assessments demonstrated progress. The number of slow readers has increased and
there is at least one average student. In other words, compared to the evaluation last two quarters, the
children showed progress in reading, possibly because they continued to practice reading even when they
were at home. In the presentation, the school head, GPTA Officers, and Stakeholders have invited who have
direct control to resolve the issues/concerns/gaps/problems of the students shall then act by providing
possible solutions/recommendations to the issues/concerns/gaps/problems reflected in the presentation of the
school. The possible solutions provided by the participants were then monitored and tracked on the quarterly
presentation of the SMEPA.
