Dear Director Laguitan:

The LGU of Hinundayan will be conducting a Emergency Operations Center (EOC)

training this coming October 10-13, 2023 at Carlosta Hotel, Ormoc City. The training is
a follow up activity to the earlier training conduct by the LGU of Hinundayan on Basic
Incident Command system (BICS) last December 2022, the purpose of which is for the
LGU to be better equip with additional skills and knowledge on disaster. Attached
herewith is the letter signed by the Honorable Evelyn T. Lee, municipal mayor inviting the
undersigned to be one of the participants.

Relative to this, I respectfully request for authority to attend the training from your good
office, in compliance with existing policies.
