What you can expect
• Support Business Units and Corporate Units with process
engineering expertise on request
• Deliver input and expertise in project reviews
• Participate in safety review assessments (HAZID &
HAZOP)
• Provide input to technical scope of work documentation
• Liaise with vendors / equipment suppliers for technical
support and quotations
• Development of project key documents (e.g. PFDs &
P&IDs)
• Development and utilisation of process simulation models
• Provide input to facility cost estimates
• Liaise and closely collaborate with other engineering
disciplines where required
• Key role within company-wide process safety
• Undertake reviews of previous company lessons learned
and ensure incorporation of relevant lessons into other
projects globally
• Assist in managing the development and maintenance of
discipline related Global Facilities Governance Documents
together with BUs
• Close co-operation and contribution towards identifying
and promoting energy efficient and sustainable solutions

What we expect
• Master degree (or equivalent) within a relevant
engineering discipline
• 12+ years process engineering experience, preferably
within the E&P industry
• Key knowledge and strong familiarity with international
codes and standards
• Strong competence with process modelling software (e.g.
AspenTech HYSYS, Que$tor and PHAST).
• Experience in both onshore and offshore environment.
International experience is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain close, constructive and
trusting relations to stakeholders, including team
members, other corporate functions and all relevant
business units
• Self-motivated, pro-active, solution driven and having a
client-orientated mindset. Ability to multi-task
• Multi-discipline understanding and insight into other
facilities engineering disciplines, including reservoir
production, topside process, subsea system, export
system and characteristics of rotating machinery
• Good communication skills, effective across a broad
spectrum of nationalities and cultures. Mobility is a plus
• Excellent command of the English language, written and
spoken
• Adherence to company HSEQ requirements as well as
company ethical guidelines and code of conduct
