2 Working principle

2.1 The equipment is composed of the rack, rack-run parts,

adjustable arc frame, cylinder and the pneumatic and hydraulic

top-bar parts and guide pulley parts (see the assembly graph of

the machine structure ).

2.2 The machine is working as a driving force to compressed air,

compressed air works through the triad oil-water separator parts

and take-off and landing controlling switch of cylinder into the

cylinder, under the control of the take-off and landing controlling

switch, it asks to complete the moving to top place and returning

movements of the cylinder block.

2.3 The machine with a pressure protection device (built-in

reservoir pressure), can maintain a short period of time, so that

gas pressure does not decrease after gas source is stopped .

4 Installation
4.1 Before assembling the machine ,the inferior partial rotary

kiln where fire-proof brick need to be laid should be laid in with fire-

proof brick for the location of assembling the machine. (The length

of 4 meters).

4.2 Please install inclined leg (No. 8) into mouth of rack inclined

tube on the location of graph.

4.3 Please install the arm (No. 6) into mouth of the rack

horizontal pipe, and insert the pin on the location of graph,

respectively.

4.4 Please connect the beam (No. 4) and rack (No. 7) with

pins fixing ,and then connect horizontal bar (No. 5).

4.5 Install guide rail (No. 1) and arm (No. 6) with M20 bolts

fixing.

4.6 Respectively, install the inclined tube (No. 9, 10) and adjust

the height and width, so that the force are tightened at both ends .

4.7 By sketch, respectively, install middle-tube (No. 3) and the

side-tube (No. 2).

4.8、Respectively, pull out the side-tube (No. 2) ,insert the facing

bolt into Guide rail (No. 1) hole, with plug fixed from the outside.

4.9、Pull out the ladder from one end of the Guide (No. 1) ,and

set up the escalator (No. 19).

4.10 Add the grid net of step (No. 16), and add the block on both

sides.

4.11 Install the guide pulley (No. 8), which be fixed in one end

board of the guide (No. 8) .

4.12 Connect arc frame (No. 15)and install arc frame parts, then

adjust the arc to the actual usable size with adjustment bolt parts.

4.13 Connect the right and left arc seat of the arc frame (No.

15) with pulley (No. 17) .

14、set up a tripod (No. 18) and good arc frame ,then connect

them with pin.

4.15 Install the pneumatic and hydraulic top-bar parts (No.

13).

4.16 install fence at both ends (No. 11), pedal-frame(No. 12)

and the pedal.

5 Commissioning and operation

5.1、First of all ,connect to gas source, begin to work when the

air pressure gets to rated pressure (0.4-0.6 MPa) .

5.2、Followed by , push the fire-proof brick to top place, vacate

the seam part at the middle where fire-proof brick should be

withstand with seam Jack from interior to both sides , confirm that

has got to request (hydraulic table instructions 30 MPa), followed

by , move the block take-off and landing switch on the arc frame,

so that the top block can be all reset under the effect of pneumatic

pressure.

5.3、In the course of laying, should move arc pulley so that the

behind block have a same location with the original pushed fire-

proof brick, at this time, move the block take-off and landing linked

switch on behind both sides, so that the block after both sides on

arc frame withstand fire-proof brick, after confirming the block on

behind both sides all pushed to top place, release the pressure

relief switch on pneumatic hydraulic pump, take down the seam

Jack, vacate a position, and then lay and reinforce with the five

middle pneumatic pump on the arc frame .

After confirming the fire-proof brick pushed to the top place

has been reinforced, move the block take-off and landing linked

switch so that the block on the arc frame can be all reset under the

effect of pneumatic pressure. In the above work, the work in front

by the second note cycle can be.

5.4、The equipment should be adjusted according to the kiln

diameter, the flexible length of inclined leg can be adjusted in

longitude and of the beam can be adjusted in latitude. Arc

diameter can be adjusted according to the adjustable bolt parts.

The data details are on debugging graph.

5.5 、 Pneumatic hydraulic pump pressure of work is 15 ~ 30

MPa

6 Maintenance

6.1 、 Before every class work, please inspect and fasten

connecting parts and fasteners of the equipment.

6.2、Position of oil-water separator is inspected once for every

class work. Oil-position is lower than the rated requirements, in

timely, to add the lubricants (sewing machine oil)

6.3、After using equipment, please take down it according to

the installation sequence by reverse, than clean up dirt and pack in

chest.

8 Trouble shooting

Lack top power of Check whether gas source

pneumatic pump, or no has pressure and the pipe

NOTES:

1. Do not confirm whether the seam jack has tight withstand

the both sides of fire-proof brick, making the linked take-off and

landing block reset is forbidden.

2. Working pressure of Pneumatic hydraulic pump should be no

larger than 40 MPa.

3. The machine has manual pumps, which is prepared to use

when gas is stopped in short period of time.
