MOM: - Minutes of meeting on the on PM Maintenance Process:-

1. Break-Down Maintenance Notification / order end to end process flow shown in the SAP

 General Task List
 Notification
 Convert Notification to Maintenance Order
2. In PM Maintenance order Explained as shown in below.
 Stock Material (L) (Reservation Number for stock Material)
 Non-Stock Material (N) (Purchase Requisition for Non-Stock Material)
 External Service (PM03) (Purchase Requisition for External services)
 Internal Service (PM01) (Confirmation Number for Internal Service)
3. All above points will cover under PM module till PR creates. Once PR will create MM team
Convert that (PR-PO-MIGO-Service Entry Sheet).

4. Calibration Process Flow:-

 Pre-requisites for preventive process flow
 Functional Location & Equipment
 Create MIC & Sampling Procedure
 Maintain inspection points as 300 for Equipment in General Task List
 Create Calibration Notification if required
 Create Maintenance Order
 Assign Calibration Task List in maintenance order
 Inspection Lot generated
 Results recording
 Usage Desertions
5. For procuring materials and external services need to fallow the 2 nd point to complete the
process flow.
6. Multi Counter Process:-
Create Cycle set as (Monthly, KMS)
Create Maintenance Plan by using cycle sets
In scheduling Parameters maintain (OR) logic.
Schedule Maintenance Plan
Need to update counter daily
If first logic will satisfy as KMS then system generates maintenance order.
