My High 5 are Optimist, Believer, Problem-solver, Self-Believer and a Philomath.

I agree with this list. As an optimist, I enjoy complimenting people on their positive
qualities and appreciating what they bring to the table. It is definitely a struggle to be
with people who are constantly looking for flaws in everything. With being a believer,
actions are usually guided by higher values that cannot be sacrificed in the name of
success. Self-believers are usually self-sufficient and self-reliant individuals who inspire
others with their assurance and confidence. Problem-solvers usually uncover faults and
diagnose problems, making it difficult to brush things under the rug and go on, ignoring
unresolved issues. In a professional setting, problem solving could be a great attribute.
Lastly, being a Philomath, I enjoy learning. I personally believe this belongs in my High
5 list as learning fascinates me. I enjoy pursuing a variety of interests, taking new paths
and learning as much as I can. As a current and future student, my insatiable curiosity is a
source of new information and inspiration that helps me create a long-term vision.

My Problem-solving skills have definitely helped me throughout my life. Problem

solving necessitates the ability to conduct research. Here, to identify and comprehend the
root cause of the problem is of utmost importance. My analytical abilities have also aided
me in comprehending difficulties and developing effective solutions. This has helped me
distinguish between efficient and poor solutions. While identifying viable solutions,
communicating the problem using the appropriate words is also essential. Once a solution
is found, communicating it clearly makes implementation easier and avoids
misunderstandings. Dependability is critical for problem solvers. Employers place a high
value on people they can rely on for quick and efficient discoveries to implement
solutions.

There are multiple ways I can work on my problem solving skills. Improving these and
associated abilities are beneficial not only in your personal life but also in your
professional life. Employers frequently identify everyday issue-solving as critical to their
organizations’ success in today’s fast-changing global economy. Acquiring more
technical knowledge in my field would be beneficial for me to solve problems. Seeking
out opportunities like putting yourself in unexpected circumstances exposes you to new
challenges. Observing how your co-workers tackle difficulties can help you improve your
own problem-solving abilities. Asking pertinent questions can help you use what you've
learned in your work. Working on these skills will help me produce practical and creative
solutions as well as demonstrate independence and initiative to their bosses.
