economic opportunities. Almost a billion people globally have
limited access to road infrastructure.

Rural connectivity also provides for local employment, which is

a crucial aspect in the COVID-19 scenario that has seen large-
scale reverse migration to rural areas from cities. These local
employment opportunities provide a much-needed safety net to
reduce financial distress.

The estimated expenses of PHP 2.5 million is alloted
for both the construction materials and as well as
the workers. Since this will be a big project, many
workers should be hired and a lot of materials will be
needed.
