WAIVER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The undersigned, NEIL Y. DABOCOL, of legal age, Filipino,

married and a resident of Brgy. Patag, Catbalogan City,

WITNESSETH, That

He is the present occupant/lessee of a certain agricultural land

owned by Mariano T. Tan under TCT No. T-25008 (Lot 222, CAD
100) located at Brgy. Oyandic, Motiong, Samar, on the basis of
Kasarabutan han Pag Plete han Tuna executed between him and
Mariano T. Tan on 01 May 2012 for a period of 5 years, that said
leasehold agreement has actually expired on 01 May 2017.

For value received, he hereby executes this WAIVER and thus

turn over the afore-described lot in favor of the Lessor, Mariano T.
Tan with postal address at Catbalogan City.

He undertakes to demolish the existing structures on the lot,

vacate the same and immediately turn over the lot on or before
December 15, 2017 to the Lessor.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned do

hereby WAIVES all his rights and interests and turn over the
aforementioned Riceland back to its declared owner Mariano T. Tan.
