regarding my sony ericsson zylo mobile

i bought sony ericsson zylo mobile on 10th august 2010 after 3 months mobile ringer got spoiled ( i was unable to hear incoming callers voice if i want to hear their voice i have to switch on the out speaker in order to that i have given the mobile to sony ericsson authorised service center they said it will take hardly 21 working days to rectify this problem but they are not able to rectify my problem so please help me to know sony ericsson chief executive officer e-mail address or else i have to apply a case regarding this in consumer court.

So what happened exactly? They spent 21 days trying to fix it and then said that they couldn't? Did they not offer an exchange or replacement? Did you try using the update service on your phone?

No sir, now am passing that 21 days but am sure they will take extra time to rectify it and my question is this why only in sony ericsson mobile these problem occurs frequently that to fresh mobiles not even a second hand mobile. Just log on to sony ericsson consumer complaints you can look thousands of complaints regarding sony ericsson mobiles and their service center.Am planning to fight against sony ericsson on behalf of those cheated sony ericsson consumers. We are paying thousands and getting that mobile but such kind of product we are getting. Sir please think from your side and reply me.

You're not the only one with mobile phone problems, whatever the brand of mobile; if you have a look on forums about other mobile brands, you will also find lots of posts regarding phone problems. Sometimes repairs take longer than the period of time specified.I've experienced this myself, so just have a bit of patience and if they can't fix it I'm sure they'll offer an exchange or replacement.

hello frnd my 21 days of time over till now i didnt get back my mobile and still its under repair .

I too face similar problems with the Zyle (W20) from the first week of purchasing it.

I bought it in September, and within weeks, the model developed multiple problems. First the ringer stopped working, and after sometime the display went for a toss. Later it also developed problem in the speaker. Shocked to see such poor level of quality from a well known brand like Sony. What made my experience worse is that the service station didn't even have a fix for more than a month, and they wouldn't provide a back-up phone. It was a cunning way to avoid the customer from handing over the phone and logging a complaint, and that way they keep the number of faulty phones to a minimum, till the fix arrived. Never thought such a premium brand will resort to such cheap tactics. I have been a Sony customer throughout, be it my camera or camcorder or LCD TV or my laptop, but this is the first time i am being letdown so badly. Guess this is the last time i would go for Sony product ever. It is not the bad product but the way the fix has been handled made me take this decision.

i purchased a se zylo on 6th oct 2010..on 8 th dec when i slided it open the display turned blank.since then whenever i slide it open the display is turning blank.when the slider is closed then the display is normal.so kindl yfriends help me out and tell me what should i do under these circumstances bceoz i know that this is a common problem of the handset so even if it goes to the service centre it would b returned back with similar problem..becoz it seems that the model has some manufacturing defect

The issue is due to faulty slider mechanism. After 3 months of groaping in the dark, Sony has finally found a fix for the display blank out issue. Got my phone fixed under warranty and the issue is resolved now.

Learning from this whole ordeal: The so called premium brand is only in the name and in the ads and more importanly in the pricing; not on the quality of the product or in the service responsiveness. If you want snob value go for ultimate premium phones like iPhone or go for value priced brands like Samsung. No point in wasting money on the pseudo-premium brands.
