Importance (or rather power ) of sub-conscious mind

The news of sudden demise of Pankhuri Srivastav (age 32) due to cardic arrest made
my many collegues at Start Up Leadership network go numb. One of the most popular
women entreprenuer in India and one of the most fit and sound health entusiast had
no track record of any major health issues and also she had extremly good bank
balance (no worries from financial stability). However, there was one thing that
triggers the whole discussion of sub-conscious mind. During pandemic, she became
restless as many of her ideas had to abandon for her social community platform for
women and for many days she was clueless how to kill that emptiness. As two
lockdowns made people sit at home (partially or completely), it's really multi-year
or decade patience game.Though entreprenuers has built in physical support system
which helps them for sound 8 hr sleep, positive thinking, meditation, excersices,
spiritual/ religious practices etc. there is one thing which needs to built
actively by everybody and that is training your subconsious mind.

The recent surge of tweets, whats app status , FB and Insta posts of Pankhuri
reveals something which was eye opener. A very practial person turning to
philospohical/ emotional/ personal posts or putting your product/ services
offerings as un-necessary stream of social media posts reveals something which is
pointing to mind behaviour. The question asked in my start Up Ledership forum, what
bad or worse would happen if we do not put any posts on whats app status, FB,
twitter, Insta for our product and service for lets say for at least 6 months or
year? Why there is a compulsive behaviour from our mind to put it as if this is
mandatory for your and your business existance? The role of subconsious mind comes
here. Military personnel are the greatest example of subconsious mind awareness and
trained in such a way that their mind and body are always in sync. In fact, the sub
consious mind reveals stress on your body unknowingly to you and you might not even
aware of it. The reaction that you give when things do not go as per your
expectations, reveals many things about state of sub-conscious mind. The body only
follow sub-conscious mind and not vice versa. So, you have to earn to lose, accept
defeat openly and close down to recover and conquer. Learn to divert from or even
shut yourself completely from your passion for weeks, months in order to regain. In
such scnarios there is greater need to be aware of slowing down or even taking many
steps back to pause the venture for few months or a year helps a lot to save a gem
like Pankhuri.
